Exchange & Returns Policy
Customers have the option of exchanging or returning products bought at concept.muse within 7 calendar days of purchase under the following conditions:
- a) Returned items must be in their full original packaging, including but not limited to original tags, wrapping, box, stickers and/ or name cards.
- b) Returned items must be in its original saleable condition. At concept.muse, all items which are sent out to our customers have been quality control checked and do not have any defects or damage at the time of delivery.
- c) Customers may receive a refund in the same form of payment as when the item was purchased on concept.muse. For example, if you purchased your item by credit card, the refund will duly be made to the credit card you used for the purchased.
For card payments, you will receive the full amount as we will not deduct any transaction fees that may be incurred from the actuating the refund.
- d) concept.muse will do its utmost to ensure that refund transactions are completed within 10 calendar days once your request has been accepted.
- e) Customers have the right to exchange items purchased on concept.muse as long as the returned items are in their original sealed packaging with all original tags, wrapping, box, stickers and/or name cards.
concept.muse will offer store credit for a validity of up to 6 months from date of product exchange.
- f) For refunds and exchanges, if the product returned to concept.muse is damaged by misuse or tampering, concept.muse reserves the right to deny the refund or exchange transaction.
Processing of Refunds and Exchanges
1) If you would like to request a refund or to exchange an item purchased from concept.muse, you should contact our customer support team within 48 hours of purchase. We will arrange for pickup from the address stated on your invoice. Kindly ensure that when we collect your item, you also provide the original invoice that was presented to you upon delivery.
2) Kindly allow us up to 10 business days to finalize the processing of your refund or exchange request. If you have already identified the item you wish to exchange, please contact our customer support team so that we can arrange accordingly and process the transaction for you promptly. If you would like to maintain store credit, the validity of the credit will be up to 6 months from date of exchange confirmation.
Cancelling an order
Customers ordering from concept.muse may cancel their order at any time prior to order shipment. Once the order has left the concept.muse premises and is with our shippers, we regret that it is not possible to cancel the order.
